- comments: previous core violation from report dated 03/20/2020 not corrected: #36 observed no thermometers in the prep cooler. Instructed to provide conspicuous and easily readable thermometers inside all coolers units. #55 observed excess clutter and unnecessary articles in the office located in the rear. Must remove all unnecessary articles, clean all clutter, organize, and maintain areas at all times. Priority foundation. 7-42-090. No citaiton issued.
