Instructed to obtain all necessary items for following written procedure for employees to follow when responding to vomitting or diarrheal events. 10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed improper minimum water temperatures ranging between 66. 0-66. 5f at all handwashing sinks in basement boy's and girl's washrooms. Instructed a handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100f through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) no citation issued.

- comments: observed damaged or missing floor tiles underneath cold holding equipment in lunchroom and dry storage room next to lunchroom. Instructed to smoothly replace all damaged and missing floor tiles underneath cold holding equipment in lunchroom and dry storage room next to lunchroom for ease of cleanability and maintain. Observed hole in wall behind faucet and damaged lower wall above mop sink with peeling paint in utility closet on first floor across from lunchroom. Instructed to smoothly repair all holes in wall behind faucet and on lower wall above mop sink, remove peeling paint and smoothly repaint said areas for ease of cleanability and maintain.
