- comments: previous priority foundation violations not corrected from report #2590251 on 2-28-24 and report #2589831 on 2-21-24:38-observed over 100 mice droppings scattered on shelves and floors along walls and corners inside closets in pre-k storage 102b, 103b and 104b, on floor along walls and corners behind vending machine in teacher lounge. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. 60-previous core violations not corrected from report #2574944 on 4-26-23:47-must repair or replace worn door gaskets on 2- door reach in cooler near dry food storage area, hot holding wall unit. 55-must elevate, remove and organize articles off of floor and away from walls in all pre-k closets and classrooms. 56-must repair or replace cracked light shield in walk in cooler, missing light shield in walk in freezer.
