- comments: observed hot water above maximum temperature of 120f in second and third floor girls(125. 6f) and boys (129. 4f) washrooms. Instructed manager to maintain hot water at 100f-120f at all hand washing sinks. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c)
39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed food item stored on floor in walk-in cooler and prep area. Instructed manager to elevate all food items six inches off floor.

- comments: previous priority foundation violation not corrected from report #2531358 on 9-14-21:54-observed front lids missing on dumpster, dumpsters not covered, and debris on ground around dumpsters.
