- comments: observed hot water reach a maximum temperature of 74 f throughout facility including in: kitchen 3 compartment sink, kitchen hand washing sink, and toilet room hand washing sinks. Instructed manager to ensure that hot water reaches a minimum temperature of 100 f for all hand washing sinks and 110 f for all other sinks. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.
