Report date: Apr 11, 20235. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed no vomit and diarrhea procedure or cleaning materials to clean up said incident on site. Facility must provide procedures and cleaning materials (gloves, mask, disposable mop, disinfectant rated for norovirus) for employees to follow and use when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events. Instructed manager to provide. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-005. Citation issued.
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: found handwashing sink water temperature at 86f located in kitchen staff toilet room. Also noted handwashing sink water temperatures range from 70f -75f located in all toilet room for students in older building. Instructed manager to provide a minimum hot water temperature of 100f at all times. Priority violation.

- comments: found handwashing signage missing at handwashing sinks located in boys and girls toilet room on the older school side. Instructed to provide handwashing signage to all handwashing sinks.
16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: found food contact surface of ice machine ( top interior behind panel) filled with pink and black mold like substance. Instructed manager to clean sanitize and maintain.
22. Proper cold holding temperatures
- comments: found improper cold holding temperatures of cooked bean cheese wraps located at self service cold holding unit. Found temperatures ranging from 57f - 60f. Instructed manager to discard and denature approximately 20 lbs of eraps at $35. Must maintain a cold holding temoerature of 41f at all times. Priority violation.
