- comments: observed a gap along bottom of front door & rear door(north) make doors tight fitting to prevent insect entry.

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 20 rat droppings on floor in between coolers in front service counter area,on floor & behind 2- door unused coolers,on shelving units in rear kitchen,on floor under small prep table,paper good storage area- floor & shelving unit. Also a dead rodent on floor under unused cooler. Must remove dead rodent and droppings clean and sanitize areas. Must have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 3/27/25.
