- comments: 6-202. 15 : observed a gap along bottom of rear door(north) make doors tight fitting to prevent insect entry.

- comments: still observed evidence of appx. 60 or more rat droppings on floor in between & under coolers in front service counter & rear prep areas,on floor & behind 2- door unused coolers,on floor under small prep table,under & in between large gaps in wall bases throughout prep & storage areas,furnance room. Also evidence of live roaches must remove rat droppings clean and sanitize areas. Must have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 4/9/25. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)

- comments: 4-601. 11(c) : must clean grease and food debris build up from exterior of fryer cabinets, steam table,bbq grill table shelf,all used & unused coolers & freezer storages.
