10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed hand soap provided at the basement area 1-compartment food prep sink. Instructed to remove hand soap from prep sink and provide handwashing aids such as hand soap or disposable paper towels only at sinks designated for handwashing and maintain.

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approximately 10 to 15 rodent droppings on the floor in the far rear corner of the basement area (behind water heater). Instructed to remove rodent droppings, clean and sanitize the affected area(s), contact pest control for additional service to eliminate pest activity and follow all pest control recommendations for pest abatement. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

43. In-use utensils: properly stored
- comments: observed the following in-use utensils stored improperly: ice scoop stored with handle buried beneath ice in the ice machine, stirring spoons stored in still, room-temperature water at the coffee prep station. Instructed to store in-use utensils on a clean, sanitized surface or with handle sticking out of the food item between uses to prevent contamination and maintain.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed nonfood-contact surfaces of ice machine to be soiled with debris and other soils. Instructed to clean nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment at adequate frequency to prevent build up of debris and other soils and maintain.
