- comments: observed no hot running water at hand washing sink in men washroom 250, boys washroom 248 (76. 6f), men washroom 231 (77. 1f), women washroom 244 (75. 5f), girls washroom 243 (75. 3f). Instructed manager to provide hot water at all hand washing sinks for proper hand washing. Priority 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed over 30 mice droppings scattered on floor along walls and corners in lunchroom staff washroom. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and santize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a)
