Food Safety Report: KFC

Had nothing to eat all day yesterday, then I went to KFC to get 3 legs and 1 small mashed potatoes at 6 PM. I woke at about 1 AM with severe diarrhea and then body aches and vomiting started about 2 hours later. I am at work this morning because I have no choice. My symptoms are diarrhea, stomach cramps/pain, nausea made better by vomiting, vomiting, weakness, body aches, on and off headache, thirsty even though I'm sipping water to keep hydrated. There is nothing left in my stomach but still have brown water diarrhea. The last time this happened to me at another restaurant (not a chain) I was sick for 2 weeks and had a colonoscopy at 37 years old to see what was wrong. They concluded it was a stomach flu caused by something I ate of course and it just took me a while to fight it for some reason and I'm a healthy person. I'm hoping this passes in a couple of days and I am not dealing with this for 2 weeks like last time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Weakness, Body Ache
