- comments: splash guard is needed between mop sink and metal shelf were clean pots and buckets are stored or relocated shelf. Surface must be smooth,cleanable and non-absorbent surface.

- comments: nozzles from self serve pop dispenser in dining area not cleaned: sticky with pink substance. Clean and maintain

- comments: broken,uneven not easily cleanable cement floor around floor drain and around floor grease trap under three compartment sink. Repair said floor with a smooth,cleanbale and non-absorbent surface missing and broken caulking around mop sink,repair cause.
