- comments: observed an accumulation of grease and food debris on the exterior surfaces of all cooking equipment in the rear prep area. Instructed to detail clean and maintain.

- comments: observed grease buildup and food debris on the floors under and behind all cooking equipment, along walls, and on top of grease trap in the dish washing area. Instructed to detail clean floors under all equipment, along walls, and all other areas and maintain.

- comments: observed dust and grease accumulation in the exhaust ventilation hood above cooking equipment in the rear prep area. Instructed to service or clean ventilation hood and maintain.
