- comments: observed paper towel dispenser installed above the 3-compartment sink in the kitchen. Instructed to move above the hand washing sink for easier to use.

- comments: observed no splashguard at kitchen handwashing sink next to 3-compartment sink. Must provide and maintain.

- comments: observed inadequate hot water provided at the 3 compartment sink; temperature at 102. 2 f at this time of inspection. Instructed management to provide and maintain hot water above 110f at the 3-compartment sink at all times. Priority violation 7-38-025,citation issued. (issued 2 day notice)see comments below.
