- comments: found handwashing sinks in the workspace room, gym, and preschool 1 & 2 rooms without hot water. Water temperatures range from 82f - 87f. Must provide hot water temperature of 100f-120f at all times. Must repair and maintain. Priority violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued

- comments: observed hand soap and paper towels installed at the kitchen prep sink. Instructed management to remove from prep sink and only supply designated handwashing sinks with soap and paper towels.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: found missing base coving in the kitchen to the left of the three-compartment sink where the dish machine was located. Instructed management to provide base coving in said area, so floor and wall junctures are coved and sealed.
