Inspectors found a significant food safety violation involving pest activity throughout the premises. They observed live cockroaches in food prep and dry storage areas, live small flying insects near the sink and front prep area, and about 200 mouse droppings in multiple areas, including storage areas, washrooms, freezer motor housing units, and near the front prep area. A citation was issued. Inspectors also noted roach-contaminated paper bags and cardboard used for takeout storage.

Additional issues included grease and food buildup on coolers, freezers, grease traps, prep tables, microwaves, shelving, carts, fryer, wok station, and stove. Floors and walls in food prep and storage areas needed cleaning, and inspectors noted gaps, crevices, and broken floor tiles that needed repair.

Inspectors also found that several previously cited violations had not been corrected, including damaged cooler gaskets, improper shelf and cooler liners, unsealed raw wood shelving, food spillage in a freezer, plumbing problems, excessive clutter, and water-damaged ceiling tiles. This was cited as a significant food safety violation, and a citation was issued.
