Report date: Oct 2, 20255. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: no vomit and diarrhea clean up kit on premises as required; instructed to provide and maintain. Instructed that a vomit and diarrhea kit must be on site at all times in the event of a vomit and diarrheal incident on premises. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005, citation issued.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed pest activity on premises. Found 60 or more rodent droppings on the floor in both storage areas, dishwashing areas and bottom of prep table in food prep area. Found 80 or more knats in the front storage room in the prep/dishwashing area on the cutting board and in the rear storage room. Must eliminate all pest activity. Instructed to have pest control company service establishment prior to reinspection next week. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: found spillage inside of the two door refrigeration unit in the cooking area; instructed to clean and maintain. Found some grease at the bottom of the fryers; instructed to clean and maintain.
