- comments: observed excessive build up of grime and food debris on interior doors and shelving of all cold holding units. Instructed person in charge to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed exceszive build up of food debris and grime on kitchen floor as well as floors in walk in cooler and freezer. Instructed person in charge to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed build up of grease on filters in hood ventilation system. Instructed person in charge to clean and maintain.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: observed the following previous core violations from report #2560376 dated: 07/06/2022 not corrected; #38 observed large hole in rear screen door and 1/4' gap underneath door. Must repair door to prevent pest entry. #39 must store large plastic bins and carboard boxes of food off of floor in walk in cooler and freezer and store on shelving units. #49 observed food debris inside ice machine at smoothie station. Must clean side panels of ice machine. Priority foundation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
