- comments: found continued non-compliance, the following previous priority fouundation violations was not corrected by correct by date from inspection report# 2321020 on 06/09/21 : must remove construction materials from the basement and remove unnecessary items to prevent pest harborage. Found no irreversible temperature indicator on site for high temperature dishmachine. In hot water mechanical warewashing operations, an irreversible registering temperature indicator shall be provided and readily accessible for measuring the utensil surface temperature. Priority foundation violation. Instructed manager to comply. Priority violation. 7-42-090. Citation issued.
