Veg Crunchwrap Causes Illness - Kroger, Fairwood Washington

I made a Crunchwrap for dinner. It included black beans, vegetarian meat substitute, cherry tomatoes, and tortillas (all of which I don’t suspect to be the culprit)

It also had daisy sour cream and their cabbage salad.
That night, my boyfriend threw up. And the next morning, I was feeling very nauseous and dizzy. I haven’t thrown up but have been in bed all day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
