Romaine Salad Illness Suspected - Kroger, Fort Wayne Indiana

Ate lunch around 12:30, my lunch included venison meat and rice that were left over from the night before. I made a salad with a new bag of hearts of romaine, a tomato that I had already eaten part of, and bolthouse blue cheese dressing. About 2 hours after finishing lunch I began to feel indigestion and took some Tums. The afternoon got progressively worse with symptoms ranging from headache, nausea, and general malaise. I arrived home at 5pm and my symptoms continued to worsen, including diarrhea and intestinal cramps. Felt weak and couldn’t stand. Temp around 5pm was 97.6 I drank some water around 5:25, and at 5:35 I vomited just about everything left in my stomach. I felt slightly better, but still weak. It’s about 7pm now and I feel feverish with chills, headache, and body aches. Still slightly nauseous with intermittent intestinal cramps. Temp now is 99.6 | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Chills, Indigestion, Body Ache, Weakness
