- comments: no written employee health policy for all employees. Must provide. Priority foundation violation.
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: noted only one hand washing sink located at the dishwashing area of the kitchen not accessible to the cooks line food prep area. Sink blocked access by large coolers, steam table, and shelving. Instructed to install a hand washing sink with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towels at the cooks line. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.

- comments: must provide hand washing signage for all washrooms.

- comments: all stored items throughout the front dining room closet must be elevated from the floors.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: must not use tin foil or cloth towels as liner for shelving throughout or raw wood as liner for spice shelving. All raw wood must be painted/sealed to be smooth and cleanable. ----shelving noted dirty throughout the cooks line. ----dirty plastic curtains at the doorways of the walk-in coolers. Must clean and maintain.

- comments: noted dirty one compartment sink in the basement with soiled pans and pooling liquid inside. Must clean, maintain and remove soiled pans.

- comments: leak on the cold water handle in the basement washroom. Must repair.

- comments: blackened, moldy wall caulking at the kitchen three compartment sink. Must replace.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previous core violations from 10-15-19 report #2315865 not corrected. #37- noted bulk food items stored inside containers at the basement food prep/dry storage not properly labeled. Instructed management that all bulk and working food ingredient containers must be labeled with product name. #51-: backflow prevention devices not located at the utility sink. Must install so backflow prevention device may be located to be serviced and maintained or have a fixed air gap faucet for the utility sink. #53- noted wash rooms on premise with garbage receptacles and no lids. Instructed to provide trash cans with lids at all women wash rooms and unisex wash rooms. #56- noted cooking stoves and grill at the kitchen not under the exhaust ventilation hood system. Instructed to have all cooking stoves and grills under the exhaust hood. Priority foundation violation.
