Must provide smooth, non-cracked/damaged floor, smooth, cleanable. #55- all unused equipment, plastic containers and buckets stored on the ground of the rear patio must be removed from the premises to prevent rodent harboring. #55-: all holes, openings, crevices, throughout establishment along all baseboards, on all walls in the basement prep, behind ice machine, all storage areas must be sealed/repaired to be smooth and cleanable.
