- comments: observed no handwashing signage in basement unisex employee washroom. Must provide and maintain.

- comments: observed handwashing sink in the basement dishwashing area not accessible; blocked with stacked milk crates and food equipments while employee actively using warewashing facilities at this time of inspection. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c),citation issued.

- comments: observed no thermometer in prep line cooler located in 1st floor prep area. Must provide and maintain a visible working thermometer in cooler.

- comments: observed stained cutting board on top of prep line cooler in 1st floor front prep area. Instructed to resurface or replace the cutting boards and maintain.

- comments: observed no self-closing door device on the unisex employee washroom door located in basement. Instructed to install a self-closing door device on washroom door and maintain.
