Manager discarded: 8 pounds of chicken, 10 pounds of pork, 10 pounds of beef and 2 pounds cooked beans ($200) priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: observed walk-in cooler with an inadequate ambient air temperature of 45 f. Instructed manager to ensure all coolers have an ambient air temperature of 41 f. Manager called technician. The technician arrived on site to repair the cooler. Priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: observed clogged toilet in 2nd floor men's toilet room. Instructed manager to repair.
