- comments: observed no written employee health policy on the premises. Management instructed to have a signed employee health policy for each employee. Priority foundation 7-38-010.
5. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: the person in chrage unable to provide procedure or employee to follow when responding to vomit and diarrheal events. Instructed to provide procedure with the necessari items. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005.
37. Food properly labeled; original container
- comments: must properly label food storage containers when food is not in the original container.
41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: observed wipin cloths stored on top of 3-compatment sink and food prep tables. Must properly store wiping cloths in a sanitixing solution.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: additional water pressure needed at the hand washing sink located in main food preparation area.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed heavy dust accumulation in the women's and men's washroom. Must clean and maintain.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed grease build up on ventilation hood and filters above cooking equipment. Must clean and maintain.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previous core violations have not been corrected from 01/28/2019 inspection report2359#2359559. # 10. Must provide handwash signage at the handwash sinks in the toilet rooms and in the rear prep area. #51 observed the 3 compartment sink and the handwash sink in the right-side food prep room to be slow draining at this time. Observed a slight leak, when turned on, at the faucet of the 3 compartment sink in the left-side food prep room. Must repair and maintain. #56 observed some missing and/or burnt out lightbulbs throughout facility. Observed some of the end caps missing on the light shields in the prep areas. Must replace and maintain. #57 must provide food handler training for all food handler employees and maintain certificates on site. #58 must provide allergen awareness training for all certified managers and maintain certificates on site. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090.
