- comments: 6-501. 111 observed evidence of rodent activity on site. Observed about 25 rodent droppings located in between the wall and drink refrigeration unit, in the rear under the utility sink, on the lower shelf in the rear and between the shelf and wall also located in the rear. Instructed to eliminate rodent activity, clean and sanitize affected areas and recommended contactin pest control for a service. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-020(a).
