- comments: observed no handwashing signage at any handwashing sinks trhoughout premsies. Instructed to provide and maintain.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approximately 25 live ants in the dining area, in corners in the rear dry storage area, and the corner near the three-compartment sink. Instructed person in charge to have pest control operator service premises and remove, detail clean, and sanitize areas. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.
52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: observed inadequate wastewater disposal at front prep double handsink. Observed connected pipes at drain of handsink and water backup at connected basin when in use. Instructed to discontinue use and to use alternative handsink until repaired and contact plumber to service handsinks. Priority violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
