Management instructed to regrout the floor tiles where needed. Also observed several broken floor tiles in the bakery prep area. Must replace all broken floor tiles. #56 - observed no ventilation fan in the women's washroom next to the doughnut prep area. Management instructed to install a ventilation fan in the washroom. Previous core violations must be corrected by re-inspection date. Priority foundation 7-42-090.
