- comments: observed high temperature dish machine located in prep area not properly sanitizing during time of inspection. Noted final rinse @ 130f at close of inspection. Noted low temperature dish machine located in bar not properly sanitizing with sanitzer strength reading at 0ppm instructed to repair sanitizing equipment to operate per manufacturers instruction. (dish washing machines not in use during time of inspection) must maintain. Priority violation. 7-38-025. No citation issued. Machine tagged and held for inspection.

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approximately 25 small black live flies flying throughout and on exterior surfaces of cooling units and storage cabinets in the following places. . . Bar, servers station upon entering prep area, dry storage and toilet room during time of inspection. Instructed to contact pest control for service, must eliminate live fly activity on site and maintain as required. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020 (a). Citation issued.

40. Personal cleanliness
- comments: observed food handlers without effective hair and beard restraints, instructed to provide and maintain to prevent possible contamination.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed mixing equipment stored on top of prep table, internal and external surfaces of ice storage bins, cooling units, liquor display speed racks located all located in bar in need of cleaning. Instructed to remove accumulated food debris buildup from said surfaces in order to prevent pest harborage on premise.
