- comments: the following previous core violations from report #2555553 dated on 05/10/22 not corrected-#47 observed a torn door gasket of the 1-door prep cooler. Management instructed to replace the torn door gasket,#57 observed a food handling employee without a food handler certificate. Management instructed that all food handling employees must show proof of training. All said previous core violations must be corrected by date of reinspection. Priority foundation 7-42-090.
