- comments: no hot water was provided at the exposed hand washing sink in the dish washing area. Management instructed to repair and provide hot water above 100f at the exposed hand washing sink. Priority violation 7-38-030(a). Citation issued.

22. Proper cold holding temperatures
- comments: observed improper cold holding temperatures of tcs foods inside of the 3 door prep cooler. Observed chicken at 46f, beef at 44-47f, cooked beans at 50f, shredded lettuce at 46f, tamales at 46f, and cheese at 48f. Management instructed to maintain all cold foods below 41f. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: repair the waste water backup at the mop sink.

57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: observed a food handling employee without a valid food handler certificate. Management instructed that all food handling employees must show valid proof of training.
