Ice is used for human consumption. Instructed person in charge to dispose of all ice, clean and sanitize machine. #60-observed previous core violations from report #2578802 not corrected; #39- food improperly stored on the floor in the bar area and the freezer. Instd to elevate all food storage and maintain. #47-ceramic/clay drinking cups and bowls on site. Instd to ensure cups are lead-free or lead-safe levels and maintain documentation of such on-site or removed from premises. #51-: unable to locate backflow device at ice machine. Instd to be able to locate backflow prevention devices so that they may be serviced and maintained. Priority violation #7-42-090. Citation issued.
