- comments: observed cutting board opposite fryer covered in deep grooves and dark stains. Instructed to repair or replace and maintain smooth, cleanable surfaces.

- comments: observed heavy build up of black slime on caulk around 3 compartment sink. Instructed to remove, clean, sanitize, re-caulk, and maintain in good condition.

- comments: observed dumpster overflowing and bags of garbage stored on ground and in shopping cart in outdoor garbage area. Instructed to maintain outdoor garbage area so that garbage is not accessible to pests. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b). Citation issued.
