- comments: observed women's toilet room near cafeteria with inadequate hot water. Hot at hand washing sink was measured at 71 f. Instructed manager to ensure that all hand washing sinks have a minimum hot water temperature of 100 f. Priroity violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.

- comments: observed pest control log book with no evidence of at least 2 pest control services within the past year. Instructed manager to ensure establishment receives at least 2 pest control services each year and keeps service reports. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(c) citation isssued.

- comments: observed ice machine leaking onto floor. Instructed manager to repair.
