Tapenade Triggered Severe Symptoms - Le Pinocchio, Èze Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur

I ordered the salad which contained Parma ham, meat filled vegetables, onion tart and three cold vegetable sides ( ratatouille, tampenade and aubergine).Initially we thought the restaurant was very pleasant and the food we had tasted ok (minus the extremely salty tampenade).
However, within two hours of finishing my meal (Around 3pm) I started to feel very unwell and have suffered from severe food poisoning symptoms! I initially started feeling extremely nauseous and then my stomach cramps and diarrhoea started. I had around 20 episodes of diarrhoea over 24 hour period and became severely dehydrated and weak. I could not take in much fluids so became very dizzy and unwell. Luckily I am a doctor myself so I knew what I needed to do to help myself as much as I could at that point.
My friends also felt a little bit unwell as they tried a little bit of my food but fortunately did not get the full blown symptoms like me! both reported one episode of diarrhoea. They had tried the tampenade on my plate.
I am sure it is the food I had as I have not had anything apart from that all day and was previously completely fine before visiting the restaurant.
It is now nearly a week and I am still unable to eat properly and have had to continue taking sick leave from work.
Food health authorities need to check the standards in that restaurant to prevent other people from becoming so sick like I did! It is the most convenient restaurant for tourists to eat at in eze village so a lot of people can become very sick like me if it does not get looked into! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Cramps, Weakness, Dehydration, Dizziness
