- comments: unable to locate thermometer located inside cooling unit in prep area. Instructed to provide and maintain.

- comments: observed food items stored in prep area removed from original packaging without labels. Instructed to provide.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed 16 small rodent droppings scattered on floor behind chest freezer in corners, under shelving cart containing canned goods and other dry stored. Noted droppings scattered on floor alongside items stored on floor inside closet in said space. Recommended to contact pest control for service, remove droppings, clean and sanitize. Must maintain premise free of pest activity. Priority foundation violation. #7-38-020 (a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed cooking equipment in prep area in need of cleaning. Instructed to provide and maintain.
