- comments: observed no certified city of chicago food service sanitation manager on site at the time of inspection while time and temperature control for safety (tcs) foods are stored, handled and served. Informed person in charge that a certified food service santation manager must be on site at all times during tcs food prep, cooking, serving and operating hours. Certified food service sanitation manager, jessica kalinski, arrived on site at approximately 9:35am, after the walk-through was complete. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-012. Citation issued.
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed the following sinks not maintained with hot water: improper temperature of hot water observed at the hand wash sink in the infant classroom at 53. 1f and the employee washroom handsink at 68. 4f. Instructed person in charge hot water at all hand washing sinks must be at least 100f and suggested contacting a plumber/service technician. Priority violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed food handlers serving food without hair restraints. Instructed to provide.

- comments: observed food stored improperly in plastic grocery bag(s) in the infant classroom cooler/refrigerator. Instructed to store properly in food grade storage bags and containers only.

- comments: observed water-stained ceiling tile panels in the toddler classroom. Instructed to replace.
