- comments: 5-501. 110 observed overflowing garbage over the top of one of the outside garbage dumpsters. Also observed a missing lid on the same garbage dumpster. Management instructed to provide adequate garbage pickup so that garbage does not accumulate over the top of the dumpsters and to replace the missing dumpster lid. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b). Citation issued.
