- comments: observed three compartment sink in front bar area and in rear dish area not labled designating compartments, wash-rinse-sanitize. Instructed person in charge to label and maintain.

- comments: observed large hole in wall in rear prep room (where dry bulk ingredients are stored). Instructed person in charge to close and seal hole with material that is smooth and easily cleanable.
