- comments: observed dirt on wall behind three compartment sink. Instructed the person in charge to detail clean and maintain.

- comments: observed two certified food managers without allergen awareness training certificates. Instructed the person in charge to ensure that any individual that holds a city of chicago food service managers certificate receives allergen awareness training and obtains allergen awareness training certificate.
