- comments: no city of chicago certified food manager on site while preparing/serving tcs foods (chicken, beef, pork). Instructed a city of chicago certified food manager must be on site at all times, foods are being prepared, served, and offered for sale. Priority foundation violation 7-38-012. Citation issued.
8. Hands clean & properly washed
- comments: food handle on site cutting/handling ready to eat food (sliced onions) and didn't wash his hands before starting the task. Instructed to properly wash hands when multi-tasking, using gloves, touching the body, etc. Pic discarded of onions. Priority 7-38-010 citation issued

- comments: observed a food handler handling ready-to-eat foods with his bare hands. Instructed to properly wash hands and use gloves when handling ready-to-eat foods. Priority violation 7-38-010 citation issued
