- comments: observed approximately 40 rat droppings scattered throughout premises in the following areas: rear prep area under shelving, in corner near three compartment sink, in storage closet. Instructed person in charge to remove all rat droppings and sanitize areas. Priority foundation #7-38-020(a). Citation issued.
