Inspectors found several food safety and maintenance violations during the inspection. Significant food safety violations included food handlers preparing and handling foods that require time and temperature control without a certified City of Chicago food sanitation manager and original certificate on site, and no metal-stem thermometer available to check internal food temperatures.
