- comments: observed no hot water (70. 9f) at hand washing sink in second floor boys washroom(east). Instructed manager to provide 100-120f water at all hand washing sinks. Priority 7-38-030

- comments: observed timed faucets not functioning properly in kitchen staff washroom, north girls first floor washroom, second and third floor boys washrooms. Instructed manager to repair. Water must run continuously for at least 15 seconds befor reactivating faucet.

- comments: observed debris on floor under shelving units along walls and corners in dry storage area, dust buildup on floors in electrical room adjacent to kitchen office. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
