- comments: one prep cooler observed not holding at proper temperature. Unit not being used at this time. Instructed to repair to be able to maintain food at 41f or below. Priority violation 7-38-005 no citation issued.

- comments: found no temperature measuring device to take temps of tcs foods; instructed to provide a metal stem thermometer for measuring temperatures.

- comments: rear outer door not rodent proofed as required; must rodent proof door.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: must provide three working (fitting) drain stoppers for three comp sink for proper set up to wash rinse and sanitize.

- comments: instructed to clean the shelves under front counter, clean shelves inside of walk-in cooler, exterior surfaces of fryers and bottom of fryers, storage shelves storing pop and any other kitchen equipment.

Hot running water must be at 110f at three comp sink and 100f at all hand washing sinks; found water at 48f at time of inspection. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) issued.
