- comments: still observed evidence of rodents on premises. Observed 10 droppings under ice cream display freezer at front and one live mouse at front of facility at time of inspection. Instructed manager to clean and remove droppings, eliminate rodents, and have premises serviced by pest control company. Priority violation, 7-38-020(a).

- comments: observed service sink in rear utensil washing area to be inaccessible and blocked by newly installed 3 compartment sink and hand washing sink. Instructed to make service sink accessible.
