- comments: 2-101. 11 no valid city of chicago food service sanitation certificate was posted on the premises or such a person on site when tcs foods were being prepared and served, such as egg salad. Priority foundation violation 7-38-012 citation issued.

- comments: 6-501. 114 observed rear dry storage room with unusable equipmtent. All items no longer related to the bussiness must be removed including large sheet of drywall. All remaining equipement and storage must be stored at least 6 inches off the floor and away from the walls in order to monitor for pest activity.

Violation # 60 observed previous core violations from report dated 10/28/22 inspection # 2566200 not corrected including # 37 all prepared meals and tcs prepackaged foods need proper labeling including the common name of the product, ingredient list and name and address of where the items are pre-packaged. #55 observed missing wall under 3 compartment sink. Must seal. Missing and water-damaged ceiling tiles throughout the dish area and rear prep dry storage area. Must replace. Observed damaged floor under 3-compartment sink. Must repair so it is smooth and easily cleanable condition. Unused oven and equipment in the dry storage area needs to be removed from the premises to prevent pest harborage.
