- comments: 6-501. 111 observed evidence of pest activity on site. Observed about 20 rodent droppings in a dry storage room, about 10 rodent droppings on the lower dry storage shelf in the basement and about 10 rodent droppings behind the ice machine and deep freezer in the food prep area. Instructed to eliminate rodent activity, clean and sanitize affected areas and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-020(a).

- comments: 3-305. 12 observed canned drinks being stored under a sewage pipe located in the basement. Instructed to remove and do not store anything under sewage pipes.
