Closure date: 06/17/2021Cockroach infestation. The inspector found live and dead roaches “too numerous to count” throughout the restaurant. There were also numerous flies inside. The inspector noted the bugs seemed to be especially attracted to a “thick layer of biofilm” on the floor where the soda machine was improperly draining. The restaurant had three other critical violations, for employees not washing hands, food being at unsafe temperatures in two refrigerators that were impounded and a 30-gallon container of cooked gravy not being cooled down properly.
